Ashiatsu is the western adaptation and blending of barefoot techniques found in Thai massage, barefoot shiatsu, and Keralite foot massage.

This unique modality combines deep compression, myofascial stretching and trigger point work with slow long gliding strokes, and/or assisted stretching working further into the fascia. 

 

This style of massage is perfect to assist in athletic recovery and for those who love deep tissue massage.

Jes teaches how to safely get in and out of poses, administer cups to the body, or assists with the cup application in a session.
